Do kids in high school attend Cp info sessions?

Our local university is giving an information session next week. My son is a Junior, but is seriously considering the College program Spring 2011. I know it is early, but I thought it might be a good time to just listen to what they have to say and meet the kinds of people that do this. Would they mind if he goes to just listen even though he won't be interviewing? Also would it be a bad thing for one of his parents to go to find out more about the program as well?

It shouldn't be an issue. I went to a presentation a few years ago just for the information and there were no problems.

There was a HS Senior at my school's presentation yesterday. It shouldn't be a problem.

You said that your son wouldn't be interviewing, and I just wanted to make sure that you knew that they've stopped doing interviews at the presentations. They're all done by phone now, with very few exceptions. So this will make it easier. I don't think there was actually anything at the presentation where it would even come up that your son wasn't a college student. You just slip in, listen to the presentation and slip out. Have fun!

I would definitely do it!! I wish there had been a presentation near us before hand it would have solved/answered a lot of questions and it gave my mom a much more calm understanding of the program. Of course, now she wants them to create a program for retired adults so in a few years she can go put kids on Peter Pan and get into the parks for free, but I digress. Yes, I would say go, and dress nice, introduce yourself, say why you are there. It's never to early to make a good impression on the college disney rep and the presenter!!
