Do I pick out fp for my 13 month old?

if my 13 month old gets into the park for free and can't ride bigger rides, do I still get a fast pass for her?
There's me, dh, dd9 and our 13 month old that will be able to go on some rides. So do I get her fp for just those rides? Can I get 4 fp for a larger ride and just have my dd9 go on twice, once with one of us and the other with the rider switch pass?

No FP for her. Because she will not have a ticket she will not need nor have the ability to make FP.

No ticket= no fastpasses, but they should be allowed to ride with your party if you are using fastpass and there isn't a height restriction. You should use rider swap on rides with a height restriction.

Yep no need for fp+ for her. We're getting ready to go with our DD for the second time and she's under 3. She rode everything with us with no issue.

They don't get a separate FP, but they can go with you on any attraction that they are able to ride with you through your FP.

From the FP FAQ, Post #2:

- Children under 3yo cannot get and do not need FPs (since they don't have tickets) and can accompany an adult with FP. If named on an onsite reservation, children will receive a complimentary MagicBand but it is not needed nor can it be used for FP.

I found this article about rider switch very helpful. It really helps you to maximize your FP+ selections. Last February we were traveling with our nephew who was 35 months old. We were there President's Day weekend. He turned three a couple of weeks later on March 8. Anyway, rider switch was extremely helpful since we had 7 kids of varying ages and sizes in our group.
