I recently bought 14 day passes from OrlandoAttractions.com. They were the will call voucher type tickets, not the hard ticket type. They have linked beautifully to our MDE account, we have booked our FPs and I assume that our tickets are now validated, active and ready to use on the gate. No visit to a will call window will be necessary. Right?
Thank you xx

If you have magic bands from a previous visit or if you stay onsite, you won't need to go to will call. Just jse your magic ba'd for!entry and fp+

But if you don't have a magic band (previous visit or onsite) then you don't have any physical media to access the parks and redeem your fp+
So in that case you either need to buy a magic band or visit will call to receive your tickets

Yep we have MBs and we are staying on site. Thank you xx

If you order through a non Disney website and receive hard tickets (cards) how do you link to MDE and book fastpasses? When I ordered my tickets through WDW website I received an e ticket with the codes that I entered in, but my mum needs to order her ticket and wants to do this through travel republic and it says she will receive hard tickets - don't know how she will get the code to enter in?

Sorry to hijack!

I may be wrong but I think that there will be a code either on the hard ticket itself or on the accompanying letter, which will link to a MDE account xx

Have a look on MDX (site not app) and go to ''link existing tickets''
You'll be able to see several types of ticket samples and locate where the number is
