Do I need to tip for my infant?

If we go on our anniversary cruise next year, it will be my husband and I, our 2 year old son and *hopefully* a new addition around four months old. I just wondered if tipping was expected on an infant who will not be eating or drinking any food, enjoying any activities or require any help from anyone but us? If we get a baby-sitter, that's a different story, and we do plan on tipping for our two year old, but I was just wondering what the norm is for tipping on infants. Thanks! BTW- do most people tip for their toddlers (under three)? I am not asking because I'm cheap, I actually tend to tip very generously- but I do need to keep costs down, and I also need to know in advance what to set aside so that I can keep my budget in check and make cuts where necessary.

according to the tip guides for all cruise lines you tip by number of people no matter what age.
however most people will adjust this amount whne they have younger children and some will leave it alone because the service is that good
the tip amounts are suggested
I personaly have always felt that most are worth more as in most cases they will go out if thier way especially Disney.

I agree, tip for all occupants of the room. The room steward will probably have to do more work with the little ones around (think porta-cribs, dirty diapers), and the servers work hard to make sure kids are well-fed and entertained at dinner.

Have a great time.
