We are going for our first trip to DLP in June (during the week) and would like to know whether we need to make restaurant reservations in advance? So used to making WDW reservations 6 mnths in advance! Does the Rainforest Cafe accept bookings in advance?
Also, how do I book the Cowboy Show in advance?
Thanks!

The Rainforest cafe doesnt accept bookings you just need to turn up. You can book Buffalo Bills by phoning the Disney booking no but have to pay for it in full when booking or when paying your holiday if booked a package.

Apart from Christmas we have never booked restaurants in advance - usually on the day itself or at the beginning of the holiday when we arrive - you can go to City Hall and book there. Unless you really really want to eat at a particular place on a certain day you'll probably be fine. You are meant to be able to book 60 days in advance but we booked further ahead of that at Christmas no problem.

Many prefer the comfort of knowing that meals have been book :)
Most times; even in the height of summer, we have never made reservations. Just waiting until we arrive at DLP and then either booking at the restaurant or at City Hall on the morning we would like to eat :)

It is usually only Buffalo Bills and some character meals where you pay in advance. All others you can book and dont even pay a deposit so you could book and then cancel at a later date
