Do I need to call Disney Dining?

Wondering if I need to call Dining Reservations....

Made all my ADRs last month for our upcoming May trip.

Tonight DH & I changed our reservations (also added the Dining Plan) & now we have a new reservation number. Do I need to give the cast members our new reservation number? Does it matter? We are not doing the Fantasmic Dinner Package.

From what I've read, there is no need to do so. Of course, it cannot hurt to call and check.
