When you order drinks, you'll get the same slip to sign as you do for drink orders on the ship. It includes a gratuity.

The only thing that you will need cash for is if you plan on sending postcards from the island's Post Office.

Bring cash if you want to tip any excursion guides. I made the mistake of thinking I didn't need cash and then didn't have any for our kayak/nature walk people. DCL made it very difficult to arrange a tip after the fact.
