We're headed back to Disney in September and we're staying at POR for the first time. I made ADR's every night so far, but I know they are subject to change. I'm wondering if we decide to hang out around the resort one afternoon and want to eat at Boatwright's, will we be waiting forever if we don't have an ADR? Should I try to plan a day for this, cancel one of my other ADR's, and make one there? Any suggestions? (we are a party of 5, 4 adults and one 18 month old)

My grandparents stayed at Port Orleans when they went in May, and they said they were glad that they made reservations, because they said it was very crowded.

We changed our plans one afternoon. (I lost all ambition to go over to Boma) so we cancled that at the lobby desk and had them check boatwrights for us. We were able to get a 6:30 ADr. It was busy when we arrived so i was glad we had made the ADR. I would think that you could make the choice in the afternoon and still get an ADR for that night for Boatwrights.
