Do I need dining reservations for Vero for spring break?

We'll be going to Vero Beach at the end of March/beginning of April for our first time. Will we need to make reservations for the Disney restaurants on property? We probably will try both of them, possibly breakfast on Sat, if thats when the character breakfast is? I'm so used to planning for Disney, so I wanted to check if I need reservations or not? If so, do I just call the hotel? Thanks!

We always make our Priority seating requests when we get there. However, we have not gone to the character breakfast so I can't say how quickly that fills up.
