Do I need bug spray...

...for a Disney trip this week?

Just wondering, as I don't want to take it if I won't need it, and don't want to have to buy some if I will!!

Nop, don't bring it. Other than love bugs, I've never even seen bugs at WDW

Mosquitoes fly from miles around to feast on my youngest child. But when we went to WDW in September a few years ago we didn't need it. Magically there were no mosquitoes around. Our other trips have been in colder weather so we definitely didn't need it then. I think you'll be fine without it.

No, don't bring it. I have never seen a mosquito, not a single one. Which I find totally odd since we live in Texas and are swarmed constantly.

I have to disagree! We were there on the 17th through the 24th and had a ton of mosquito bites at the Magic Kingdom. We didn't see them anywhere else, except one on the monorail. They were especially bad in Toontown for some reason. I also thought bug spray would not be necessary and they really got us there! During the face painting in Toontown we were literally eaten alive! They do exist there!

I would bring it just in case. We live an hour and an half from Disney and yesterday we got swarmed at the bus stop.

I have to say I would bring it, too. We live in South Jacksonville (about 2 hrs from Disney) and have been needing to use it a lot lately at dusk.
