Do I need breakfast reservations for Whispering Canyon

I think it's going to depend on when you are traveling - in October you may not need an ADR, but in July I wouldn't be caught without one.

If you are very flexible ( within 2 hours ) you can probably do a walk up. I'd say you would have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes and a max of 90.

If there is somewhere I really want to eat I always make an ADR. Better safe than sorry. That said, if we go for 7 nights on the DDP I will have ADR's for 7 TS meals as soon as the ADR window opens. I would hate to pay for the DDP and not be able to use my credits where I want to eat.
Any meal at a sit down restaurant is going to be TS credits, not CS credits. It doesn't matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner.
