Do I need any paperwork to checkin?

Hi all,

We are flying to Paris from Germany on Friday and I'm wondering if I need any paperwork from the Sequoia Lodge to check in?

The problem I have is that I booked the hotel using our US address since that is my credit card address, but we are currently living in Germany. So if they sent anything to us, it would have gone to the US address

Oh, and how can I contact the Sequoia? My confirmation email says to call an advisor but there is no phone number listed anywhere?

Didn't you get an email confirmation of your booking within about 48 hours of your booking? Thats all thats needed to check in, the booking confirmation number.

Yes, I did receive the email confirmation. I was just concerned because there was no contact info and as I was searching the website FAQ's there was a note stating that when booking online "all paperwork will be sent to the address on file".

You just need to bring that e-mail, that's all. They don't send tickets or anything like that to your home address Have a great trip
