Do I need an *activated* AP in order to get a DDE card, or just an AP voucher?

I ask because I haven't decided whether to get our AP on-line (for the sake of convenience, and so we'll have it immediately) or whether to wait and get it at Shades of Green (with a savings of approximately $35).

You have to have a valid AP in hand to purchase the DDE card.

you can order it over the phone with just the voucher. We just did.

I have ordered it via fax with just the voucher number. Not sure how it works in person, now that you can purchase the DDE onsite at Guest Relations.
