Do I need a stroller?

We are travelling with my sister and her 3 kids. Ages of mine: 8, 5, 4. Ages of hers: 9, 7, 4.

Should we share a double? Each get a double? Each get a single? We will most likely be together in the parks.

Every child is diff. but I know we would def. need one with our 4 year old. If you are only spending a couple days in the park I would just rent a double stroller. If you are spending more than a few days I would bring a double strollers b/c renting can get costly.

If your 4 year olds are used to walking and you plan on taking breaks then you may be able to get away with no having one. I just know we would need one.

I'm not sure what type of stroller to bring but I would definitely recommend strollers for the four year olds and even the five year old.

Almost all 4 year old and many 5 year old will need a stroller. I would have two separate strollers. There will be times when you want to go separate ways, even with in the same park. The 5 year old is a toss up. She or he might be able to share with each walking some but if she or he is not particularly active or tends to tire easily, I would do one double and one single.

I would each take a double!

I would take a double for the 4 year olds and the 5 year old could take turns. If you think the 5 year old would need to ride all the time, then take a double and a single umbrella. The older children should not need a stroller.

I know all kids are different but mine were able to do all day 9-10 day trips by the time they were 6.

We just got back from a trip with a three year old and two five year olds. We took a single and a double stroller. The five year olds would have made it without the stroller moat of the time, but with them we could move quicker and avoided the I'm tired carry me whine at the end of the night.
