Do I need a note to take my friend's child?

Add me to the list where my grandkids have also been asked by tsa who they are and who they are traveling with. We are taking 3 of our grandkids (10, 10, & 8) to wdw next month and they all have IDs from Dmv. We will also be getting their insurance cards from their parents.

My mom recently traveled with one of my kids to visit my sister. I gave her a note with the insurance information and my cell number. I'd have left the house number, but I rarely answer that one if I don't know the number. Especially if it's a big election year...
