Do I need a bus?

Can I just have people park at the Boardwalk for the ceremony during the day? Most of my guests are off property and will have their own transportation. And is there a mini bus or something we can have bring the whole of everyone who will be at the POFQ (including Rob and I) over to Boardwalk? I know it wouldn't be a glamorous entrance, but I'm not really concerned with how we get over there as long as we all do. I have a limo scheduled right now to take two trips from POFQ and it seems kind of a waste.

Sounds like a great plan to me, especially since both your events are right there on the BoardWalk and the bus drop-off point for SBP is the same place as it is for ADH. You guests will just tell the guard at BW they're parking for a wedding.

Disney can get you a mini bus (25 max) or a van (11 max) instead of that limo. Make sure they know you only want a round trip (PO to BWI) not a charter - it's cheaper.

I'm in the same situation as you...I have a small group staying on property so I'm just having the one-way van pick them up from the resort to bring them to Seabreeze Point. It's only $25 bucks which is probably the cheapest thing on my BEO! The rest of my guests who have their own transportation are just parking at the Boardwalk.
