Do I have to use WDW Wedding Florist/Decorators?

Our Vow Renewal is December 16, 2005.

We will meet with our Event Planner in June. However, I want to be armed with info when I go.

Do I have to use WDW Weddings for Floral, Decorating, etc. Although beautiful, some of their decorating items are quite expensive.

If we can use someone outside, any recommendations?

Since I haven't YET gone through this I am not sure of exact people to say he/she was great (others may be more helpful w/ that)...but www.yourfairytale.com has quite a few outside vendors listed so you can take a look at each and decide!

yes, you can use some outside vendors for your custom wedding/vr but that will not count towards your wedding day minimum. you can use for example an outside florist, photographer*& videographer*. there is a fee listed of $90 for 3 hours, $30 there after for these *outside vendors, although it seems its charged inconsitently.

not sure on intimates since its a package.

Please note that if you are using any "In-Park" location for any part of your day, you cannot use outside floral or decor that would be displayed at that location. In park locations include the standard park locations (Morraco, UK, etc.), but also include indoor locations like Living Seas, American Adventure Rotunda, American Adventure VIP lounge, Wonders Lounge, Spaceship Earth Lounge, etc.

Some couples have used Disney floral for thier decor, but ordered personal flowers from an outside vendor, because thier ceremony was in the WP or other non-park location.
