Do I have to cancel ME?

My family and I are arriving at MCO next Wednesday at 9:45 pm. We have a room only reservation in which we booked ME one way to our resort. (We will be heading to Port Canaveral after a few days in Disney.) We have just decided to rent a car. Do I have to cancel ME or is it OK if we just don't show up? I don't want anything to get screwed up with our room reservaton by wanting to cancel ME only is my concern.

Nope. I routinely book ME in case I can't find a deal on the car. I never cancel and nothing ever happens. Disney doesn't seem to care.

Thanks for the info and good to know we will have a back up if something goes wrong at Alamo!
