Do I have tickets that don't expire?

Hi all!

The disclosure in our online ticket order email confirmation says, "The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket." BUT there is no expiration on the mobile ticket pdf?

Does that mean we can use these whenever (no expiration) as long as we use the last within the 7 days of the first? They are 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets.

There is no date of any kind on our tickets - other than the date of the order/email confirmation which is March 3. ONE day before they started the stress-free deal.

Well - I reached out to Universal and got an answer from them. Thought I'd share in case anyone else winds up with the same question I had.

They wrote:

Multi-day tickets that have already been issued (Mobile or Print-at-Home) will be valid for first use on any day from 365 days from purchase.
You may change the delivery option of your tickets from Mobile to Ticket Window Pickup because multi-day tickets held at the ticket window are not issued and expire one-year from the date of pickup.

You may also request a full refund for your tickets and repurchase your tickets when you are certain of your travel dates. However, the price of tickets may be different next summer.

As you may not visit us until the summer of 2021, I recommend changing the delivery option of your tickets from Mobile to Ticket Window Pickup.
To retrieve your tickets from any ticket window at the entrance of Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure, please present your photo ID and the order confirmation number to the guest services member at the ticket window.

Thanks for sharing. Sounds like you purchased directly thru universal vs a tix broker
