Do I have this right?

We close on our DVC contract on Aug 30th. We purchased direct from Disney so we already have our reservations for Aulani using our 2011 and all but 2 of our 2012 points. Our next planned use of our points is in December 2013 for a week to 10 days at our home resort AKV. I will be able to make those reservations in January of 2013 (at the 11 month mark so if I am going on December 16th I can reserve January 16th?) and I will have use of the 2 banked 2012 points, my 2013 points and (if needed) my 2014 points. Correct?

A Dec. 2013 trip would fall within your 2013 UY. So you can call on Jan. 16th and use 2012 banked AKV points, 2013 current AKV points and 2014 borrowed AKV points. So you are correct.

For a February Use year points must be banked by Sept. 30th. So if I had 2 points from my Feb2012 use year they need to be banked by Sept 30, 2012 for use in my feb2013 use year.

I don't think MS will let you bank 2012 use year points until at least 2/1/2012.
