Do I have this correct? Starting 3/1/11, Le Cellier is a 2 credit per person meal at dinner, but it remains 1 credit per person at lunch? Also, does anyone know what time lunch officially ends and dinner starts?

Correct, starting on March 1, Le Cellier will become a Signature dining place at dinner (2 credits), but will remain 1 credit for lunch.

According to the Disney website, at this point lunch ends at 3:00 pm and dinner starts at 4:00 pm.
