Do I call or chat with MS to add magical express?

I booked a room a while back but now that i have my flights i need to book the magical express. Are you able to do this over a member chat, call DVC member services or do i call the main disney number.

For DVC reserving DME should be done through MS either online or phone. Once the reservation is made you can call DME directly to modify or to order additional luggage tags. Their number is (866) 599-0951.

If that is the case then why is there the option to add info online?

I haven't set it up yet but am planning on doing it today. Is this something that will show up on my DVC account of my disney experience site once it is connected to the reservation?

It doesn't show on your account, but you should get an email from MS. You need to reserve it 4-5 weeks ahead, they recommend 42 days, so you have time to get bag tags.
