Do hoppers still allow express passing?

I'm sure this has been asked a lot, but I dont see it so here goes. We have some 2 day Universal/IOA hoppers left with one day on them. If I remember, we were able to go to the express lane to each ride once, or all morning or something. Anyway does anyone know if these are going to allow us quicker access in any way shape or form if we use these at spring break? Or is it just a "fast-pass" system now, unless you are on property? Thanks.

You are allowed to use express pass all day every day. There ae limitations; you can only have one pass at a time, you have to wait until the previous pass is used, or two hours after you pick up the pass.

You get one Universal Express ticket at a time with your ticket.
