Do employees of Hardrock Cafe get family discount for IOA or Hardrock Hotel?

Hello,
I'm new this planning for IOA and have a couple questions at least for now. My niece works for a Hardrock Cafe (fulltime). Can she get family discounts for either park tickets or hotel rooms? I tried to do a DIS search and haven't come up with anything--sorry if this has been covered over and over---I sent a message to her but being a 21 yo who works late night, goes to school & sleeps every chance, it's hard to reach her.

Oh, also, when do the Loews hotels release rooms online for March?

You should probably try contacting Hard Rock Corporate about this since they'll have a better answer than anyone on here. I doubt that they'll get you a discount on the park tickets themselves but a discount at the Hard Rock Hotel is a good maybe.
