I'm trying to plan an itinerary for our fall trip...basically trying to figure out PS for restaurants on the dining plan. Do the EMHs at each park change very often. This is winding up to be quite some task when I don't know which park we'll be in.

Back when they only had EMH in the morning,it was a set schedule that stayed the same. Now,with both morning and evening EMH,it seems they cannot settle on a set schedule, which does make planning difficult.

I just had to rearrange my plans for early August. They switched the EMH for evening for MK from just Wednesdays to Mondays and Fridays. This was a problem and I had to reschedule the Fantasmic Dinner Package and other dinners. I would advise you to keep watching for changes. I think that the DIS is the best place to look. I had to really search for the EMHs on the official site. I didn't see them on their regular calendars for park hours, but found them on the EMH page of the official site.

DO you still need to pay an extra fee for th EMH evening if you are a resort guest? I know in the past you did. Anyone?

It's very hard to plan things....we went and did most of our ADR's and we'll hope for the best. I found the last couple of years bad enough but with the new *free* dining plan, I'm even more confused. :confused3

There is no extra charge. Only resort guests can attend.

What messes things up is sometimes there are private parties scheduled in the parks, so they switch around the nights in order to accomodate them.
