Do EMH parks ever reach capacity?

I know that you should be able to pick up a wristband anytime that evening after the EMH starts in the park, but has anyone ever been turned away because they have too many people when they waited to do this instead of getting the band before the park closed?

As long as you are a resort guest, you will be able to get a wristband. It would be pretty difficult to get to capacity with "just" resort guests being in the park.
