Hmm. And here I have felt that *unless* you're doing buffets or character meals nearly each day, the plan was hardly worth it...
Here's the math. As you know, for 1 snack, 1 QS, and 1 TS per day, it costs:
$41.99 per adult (ages 10+) $11.99 per child (age 3-9) per night above the cost of the Magic Your Way Package for travel dates: 1/01/10 – 2/11/10 ; 4/11/10 – 6/03/10 ; 8/15/10 – 12/16/10
$46.99 per adult (ages 10+) $12.99 per child (age 3-9) per night above the cost of the Magic Your Way Package for travel dates: 2/12/10 – 4/10/10 ; 6/04/10 – 8/14/10 ; 12/17/10 – 12/31/10
So if you assume the average snack + QS is $10 per person per day, then that means the remaining break-even balance is about $32 or $37 per day per adult. So you have to average that at the Table Service restaurant per adult.
Buffets, character meals, and breakfasts are usually less than that (some less than $20), so getting your average up to $32 or $37 per TS credit is a challenge.
Now if you go to Le Cellier or other expensive restaurants to use your credits, then yes, you can make up your expense.
With the DxDP, it's easier to make up your cost. Instead of needing to average $32 or $37 per adult per TS credit, it's more like $21 per adult per TS credit. But you have to use a lot more TS credits.
