Do DVC confirmations still come in the mail?

It's been about a month since I booked. I know my reservation is active and I can see it on dvcmember.com. It appears they've update the reservation site a bit on dvcmember.com and am wondering if that has taken the place of mailed confirmations? Any ideas? :3dglasses

Since October, every confirmation I have received has been via email within a few hours of when I made the reservation. I don't believe they send paper confirmationas any longer. You may be able to request one, though.

You simply have to ask for the paper reservation when booking - the cast member should ask you if you want that or email.

Depends on MS - some will just send it to you, some will ask you, some won't even ask and just send email. I made 3 ressies since Nov and had 3 diff results.

I've made three reservations since winter and all have been e-mailed confirmations which is fine by me, need not waste yet another piece of paper.

We've had both for every reservation that we have made since this fall. I thought it was a bit strange. I received emails with the confirmations within a couple of hours and then something in the mail within 2 weeks. I even mentioned on our BVC reservation that I would be adding another day at the 7-month window. But they still sent me a confirmation in the mail and by email. Love the new email confirmation process. They could probably skip the mailed one. But it is fun getting another confirmation of your trip.
