We have done 10 trips and 9 have been onsite resorts. We have booked via various means, travel agent, direct, Expedia etc. Some of our visits haven't been 100% and have complained in the past (always been courteous about it). Just curious if we have a black mark on our name or if our history can seen? Over the 10 trips we have moved house and got married so my name has changed if this makes a difference

Yes, they do keep track of their repeat visitors. Moving and/or changing names may make that difficult some times, but in general they know. If you kept the same cell phone number or email address that's all it takes.

How many times have you complained that you are worried? Unless you complained 9 times out of 10 I wouldn't worry. They know stuff goes wrong.

Yes they know if you've been there before. And they do keep a database of complaints. Disney keeps one of the more sophisticated systems that I am aware of (mind you most places don't). And it really only comes into play if you constantly complain about the same thing. E.i. scammers

Disney does keep records of previous guest visits, and they do keep a database of guest complaints. But that doesn't mean you have a black mark next to your name - all the hotel chains do that, particularly if there was any compensation given.
