Do Disney busses run between 6:30am and an hour before park opens

Can you get on a bus after the initial 6:30am but before an hour prior to park opening? We want to get there well before rope drop to avoid crowds and get in front. I’ve read that some buses run 60-90 minutes prior to opening while Disney says only 45 minutes. Which is correct?

I’ve fallen victim to listening to the 45 minutes prior before, they definitely run much earlier than that! I can’t confirm if it’s 90 minutes though.
