Yay! Glad you got all you wanted! I booked my venue (local) two months before we were engaged. It was the ONLY date available in September for 2018 that wasn't a Friday or Sunday! So we jumped on it quick!

I'm thinking I'll be engaged either this weekend or in a couple weeks because I have two Disney trips planned and he knows I want to be proposed to at Disney. At first he thought it was a little crazy, but he understands it was the only way to get the day and location I wanted. I'm glad I'm not alone in booking a venue before getting engaged
