Do Crocs have a warranty?

Does anyone know if Crocs have any kind of warranty? The strap broke off the back of my daughter's Caymans. She's only had them 3 months The ones we bought 2 years ago are still good though.

I don't know if they have a warrranty, but they will send you a new strap - actually a few. I just emailed them and a few weeks later an envelope showed up with 3 or 4 straps in it.

when my son's strap broke, they replaced the shoes and even sent me a size up.

I wish the bottoms lasted longer. Mine wear out way too fast and then get slippery.

Wow. Talk about customer service I think I'll email them & see what happens. I'd be perfectly happy with a new strap - I just didn't want to spend another $30 or so.

I agree! I think they should make the bottom out of a sturdier, different material.

I had some Ithaca flip flops that I LOVE LOVE LOVE (I'm on my 5th pair!), and left a pair on my back deck in the full sun for an afternoon, maybe a day, and they SHRUNK! Like, from a 10 to where I couldn't even put my toes under the straps! They literally curled up! I called them, and they sent me a brand new pair!

I've never had any other problem out of them--- except for the bottoms, too!

Thanks, I just super glued my 2nd DD strap because it never stays and we just bought them for Disney and she ONLY wore them 2 weeks total. Now she doesn't want to wear them again. NOT sure if the super glue will work so I might be calling them tomm.

The company sent me new rivets, when one of mine broke. Quick and free. I was impressed.

Check out the Bistro. It has a sturdy slip resistant sole, like a hiking boot. My mom works in food service and just bought some of these at a Crocs outlet.

Just go to their website, then Contact Us, then FAQs. Last question is about straps, and the link to request the strap is right there.

Hubby's rivet came off, we filled out the Rivet form, they sent about 10 sets of rivets in the mail right away. Excellent.

All I get when I go there is a blurb to sign up and they will donate a pair of Crocs. Doesn't tell me how to recycle mine. I know you can drop them at a store and they will recycle them, but I thought maybe this was a new way. Does anyone get more than one page when you go to the Soles United site?

We have called Crocs for new rivits and a new strap. Both times they were more than happy to send them.
