Do Codes Go Out All Year or just January?

I am desperately hoping for a pin code for our trip 11/08 ( would die for 40% ) Does Disney send them out at all different times of the year or only the beginning?

Well last year I did receive 2 codes. One in May and another in Aug, they we're not for the 40% off, but it was for 30% off.
