Do codes for certain months come out all together?

I am wondering if I am wasting my time waiting to see if I get a code. We are going to Disney in Sept or Oct. I'm hoping for free dining in which case we'd go Sept but if not we'll go in Oct because DH will lose a work bonus if we go in Sept. What I'm wondering is has everyone who is going to get a PIN for Oct already received it or do I still have a chance?

Planning for Dec 15 to 22 - WL. Want to know if we should book direct with WDW or use an agent. I love researching, but want to save as much $. Any help would be appreciated. How do these codes I am reading about work. Thanks.

I strongly recommend booking now for the vacation you want - if other offers come out you can either cancel the reservation you made and do a new one or have the code applied to your existiing reservation if there is availability. But I would not wait to long to book what you want or you may find a problem with availability.
