Do children under three....

eat for free at the plated restaurants operated by Disney or just the buffets? We've done HDDR, Ohana, Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fare, etc., and never thought to ask about the other restaurants....

Just the buffets. Anywhere else they order from the menu or can just eat from your plate.
