Do Children Need to show proof for Canadian discount ticket?

Hello,

We are bringing my Canadian citizen daughter, but she doesn't have a Canadian passport yet. Will she need to show proof of Canadian citizenship in order to use the Canadian discounted tickets? Parents will be showing Canadian passports.

Birth certificate might work? I assume you must be driving over the border because she can't fly over the border without a passport. Common logic would be if the parents are both Canadian than the child would be too, but you never know. We have the Canadian tickets too, but DD7 has had a passport since she was 10 weeks old when we drove down to Portland Oregon. We fly down as we are on the west coast.

Nope, just DH and I had to show ID at guest services

We bought this for Disneyland and they asked to verify our son's passport as well (he is 7).
