Do characters stop appearing at TS meals?

I just noticed on the Disney website that indicates that Pooh and the gang only appear at dinner from 3:15-6:00 and that character stop appearing at Garden Grill at 8 p.m.

I have reservations at CP at 8:25 and GG at 8:00 -- I know I have eaten at both of these restaurants before during this time frame and still have seen characters so I'm wondering if this is a typo or a new policy?

Garden Grill's last seating is at 8:00 pm, so I would assume that characters stay out until the restaurant is closed. Have eaten here many times, but not this late.

Crystal Palace also has characters until last diners are complete. We've eaten here as late as 8:30, and have a reservation for our upcoming trip at 8:25, and we have always seen characters.

All characters do take breaks during their rotations, but the breaks are very quick, and characters return to the floor pretty quickly.

You could always call Disney Dining to find out for sure. The other thing is that Disney's IT Dept. is horrible, so that is more than likely a typo. There are tons of those on the ADR website.

You are welcome! I figure if there was a major change like that in regards to character dining, it would be all over these boards. People pay extra for their buffet meals, due to the characters being there, so this wouldn't go over so well if they just stopped appearing, yet dinner is still going on.
