Do Bell Services share tips?

When I tip for luggage help, does that go in a jar & shared by all, or does the individual keep it?

their is no tip jar so as far as sharing I don't think they do..

the luggage handlers are not Disney employees at most of the resorts. Last time I spoke with one (I was a bellman in college) they did not share tips.

I don't mean valet, or people helping unload car.
When I arrive & check my bags, then have them brought to my room later when it is ready, or picked up from my room when I check out. Do those people share tips?

My husband worked in a 4 star hotel in Palm Beach when he was in his 20's. He says that typically the valets and bellman pool there tips. If you want to leave a personal tip you have to put it in an envelope with the persons name on it and leave it at the front desk otherwise it goes into the pool.
