Shula's, at the Dolphin, has a chocolate souffle for two.
It is served tableside by the wait staff, but it takes about 25 minutes to prep, so you have to order early, during your meal, unless you feel like waiting around for it. Ours came with scoops of Haagen Daas (sp.) ice cream. Outstanding dessert.

I seem to remember California Grill having it, but it has been a few years since I've dined there. Maybe another poster can confirm. I remember them asking before we ordered to consider it becuase it takes a long time to prepare and they would need us to oder it when we ordered our meals.

Man. California Grill triple chocolate souflle with peanut butter ice cream. It is up there in memory with the best things I've ever had.

They don't always have it, and if they do, you have to order it when you order your meal because it takes a 1/2 hour or so. They haven't had it the last several times we were there though.

If you are ever at CA Grill and they ask you if you want to order it, do it. Don't spend time thinking "I don't know yet if I'll want desert after dinner," just do it.

Don't remember it being on the menu this winter. However here is CG's recipe for their souffle if you want to try it at home.:)
Chocolate Souffle

from California Grill, Contemporary Resort

1 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup 1% lowfat milk
Whites from 4 large eggs, at room temperature (save 3 yolks for the sauce)
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Brush melted butter in eight ramekins (2/3-cup capacity), or a I 1/2-qt souffle dish. Add 3 Tbsp of the sugar, then tilt dish to coat bottom and sides. Whisk flour, another 3 Tbsp sugar and the cocoa powder in a medium saucepan to blend. Whisk in milk. Whisking constantly, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer 2 minutes or until very thick. Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until no lumps remain. Cover surface directly with plastic wrap to keep a skin from forming. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes until cool or up to 24 hours. Heat oven to 400'F.

Beat egg whites in a large bowl on medium speed until foamy. Increase speed to high; slowly add remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form when beaters are lifted. Stir about I cup whites into the chocolate mixture, then fold chocolate mixture and chocolate chips into remaining whites just until no white streaks remain. Spoon into prepared dish(es). Bake ramekins 20 minutes, souffle dish 30 minutes, or until souffles are puffed and tops look dry. Serve immediately.

We had the best one at Fulton's crab house. We also had the best dinner I've ever had in my whole life.:Pinkbounc :bounce:

I was going to say Vic & Als too. It's the best! Also Wolfgang Pucks too.

I had Warm Dark Chocolate Souffle Cake at Wolfgang Puck in Downtown Disney. Very very tasty and good......
