Do any OKW studios connect?

We would like to stay in two studios at OKW for part of our visit. I would much prefer that our rooms connect, but I am doubting that any two studios connect at OKW. Or are there studios with doors which are adjacent? Thanks!

No connecting studios at any DVC resorts to my knowledge unless the one at VB that makes a 3 BR meets that criteria but I don't think it does.

At OKW there are doors which are right beside each other (and the units themselves more or less extend out from the central, entrance area.) Are those just the studio/one bedrooms which form the 2 bedroom lock offs or are some studios adjacent to other studios?

As Dean stated, there are no studios that connect to another studio. Even the VB 3BR has a 1BR with 2 adjoining studios (1 on each side of a 1BR- connecting with the master bedroom and living room) , but no way for the studios to connect.

For 2 studios at OKW, the best you can do is request they be "near" each other, depending on what is available when you check-in. Our experience with this has been A) "stacked" studios, one on 2nd floor, the other directly above on the 3rd floor B) Same building - same floor - opposite ends of the same building C)Different buildings, yet still very nearby, sometimes more convenient than option (B).

The doors you mention are lock-off studio and 1BR villas, which combine to comprise a 2BR villa. There are no adjoining or adjacent studios at OKW.

I'm planning a gathering for my family in 2005 and right now I am considering two studios and a Grand Villa. Are Grand Villas all in buildings on their own, or are there studios nearby the Grand Villas? I'm thinking the two sets of grandparents coming with us (my dad&mom, dad's sis&her DH)can be in the studios and the children and grandchildren will share the Villa, but I'm hoping we would all be close by.

Does anybody know?

There are studios in the same building as the GV, as well as 1 BR units. It's quite possible in fact to get a GV and 2 studios in the same building (we've done this).
