Do any of you have any recipes from Boma?

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the AKL, and our favorite meal there was dinner at Boma. What a feast! My husband and I tried numerous offerings, and literally did not have a bad bite of food all evening.

I'm now craving this wonderful food! Do any of you have any of the recipes for Boma?

While at Boma our waiter gave us forms to fill out with recipe requests. A few days later I received several recipes including zebra domes, chicken coconut stew, and a couple of others. If there is anyting in particular you would like the recipe for, here's the chef's e-mail address:

Alot of recipes have been posted here before. I've been collecting them for a cookbook I made for DH and have almost 60. If you email me, I will send the entire folder to whoever wants it.

We ate at Boma on Sunday 17th Feb, best meal I've ever had!! Will the recipe folder be an "online" one?

The Coconut fruity Lentil Dahl was delicious!!

Unfortunately our server said they had no "menus" as such, and the selections showing on Deb Wills site were different to ours, and I want to do a scrapbook page. So thanks for the email link!!
