Just had the Crystal Palace prime rib and it was really good. The Hollywood and Vine was was way too well done. I have also had Bomas, too rare for me and Chef Mickeys - o.k. Whatever they served at the Cape May Buffet was terrible also.
My Dh really liked the prime rib at 1900 Park Fare. I don't eat prime rib so I can't really say. If they had it at Cape May Clam bake he has to full from clams and corn to really care.

I don't know about the other places, but Boma will grill to order. Thier prime rib does tend to be on the rare side (which is the way I like it). My Mom doesn't like rare, so she requested and received only end pieces. Since the grill is right behind the chef, I also saw several people having slices thrown back on the grill to cook longer right in front of them.
While visiting WDW it almost seems every buffet had prime rib. I start to get real tired of beef with the buffet prime rib, filet at the sit down restaurants and burgers everywhere.
I guess it would be easier to list those buffets without prime rib.
