Do any Disney resorts offer a breakfast buffet?

If you mean complimentary with your room, no.

If you mean that you pay for in a restaurant, sure!

The YC Galley has one, as does the CB's at 1900 PF at the GF, Chef Mickey's at the CR to name a few.

A lot of them are character breakfasts and cost big bucks. Depending on how old your "youths" are, they may not be all that interested in characters.

None of these buffets take place in value or moderate resorts, which is most likely where a youth group might stay.

You'd have to contact Disney group dining or have a group coordinator do it to find out about the large group.

They will not accomodate your group. Disney group dining will set up dining experiences for you in various venues. You need to call them to talk about your requirements.

There are no large volume discounts, in fact group dining can be even more expensive.
