I doubt DVC could simply re-classify rooms at will and start charging more points. Ownership in any given resort is based upon the premise that the
point chart is set at a certain level with little flexibility to change.
All "views" will see subtle changes over their useful life. I don't see that as valid justification for re-classifying sections of a resort that have already been added to the condo association inventory.
Crisi's post suggests that DVC may have done a swap--moving an equal number of rooms from SV to PV and vice-versa. That seems like a more sensible (and legal!) approach to take.
