Do all the vendors in DLR accept CC's or are some cash only?

We are getting ready to leave on Thursday (YIPEEE!) and we are wondering just how much cash we should take. I assume that all the restaraunts & shops take credit cards but what about things like the cookies to decorate? Are there any specific places that take only cash? Thanks in advance

Offhand I would say....
The mylar balloon vendors (I get one every trip). Other kiosk type carts like light up toys for the parade, popcorn, churros, that type of thing. Of course they do take Disney Dollars. I always like to have some cash, about $20 per day, just in case.

Although last year in September the cookies in the Round Up only took cash (ok so the *cookies* don't take any sort of money, but the kiosk employees do, LOL), by xmastime they took cards too. I assume that has continued.

There are some outdoor vending carts, especially in DCA I noticed, that only take cash or disney dollars. I have yet to find a place to get a Mickey ice cream Bar at any place that takes cards!

If you have people in your famiy that will want a light spinner, just accept that they will want it and get it ahead of time at a store, rather than from a special vendor.

I'm thinking the portable carts that sell food, like popcorn, churros, ice cream bars and stuff, are cash only. But I know that some of the places that look more permanent, like the souvenir cart in the castle courtyard, have a credit-card swiper and can take CCs and gift cards.

I like to get Disney gift cards to use for treats and souvenirs. DD13 and I each carried one with $100 on it for our 5-day trip, and that was our mad money to use for whatever we felt like. You can use it at any of the counter service or table service restaurants, gift shops, and in the hotel gift shops, as well. On our last day we just used up the balance paying for DH's sweatshirt we brought home for him.

Any cart with a register takes credit cards. IE cappo cart in DL, Cookie cart in DL should also take CCs.

All DCA carts(excluding moveable carts ie Ice cream and what we call "Stadium Vending cuz they sell everything) all take credit cards... IE Popcorn cart, churro cart, lemonade cart, pretzel cart, chiller cart.
