Do all the DTD hotels charge parking and resort fee?

Yes...I think so.

Hilton does not charge for parking and I don't believe they have a resort fee either.

Actually Hilton does charge for self-parking: $10 plus tax. No resort fee.
Doubletree Guest Suites is $8 for self-parking, no resort fee.
Royal Plaza has both a self-parking fee ($8) and a resort fee ($8).
Best Western LBV has a resort fee ($7.99 plus tax) but no self-parking fee.

These are all correct as of the last time I checked (a few months ago). Not sure about any of the other DTD hotels.
