Do All resorts have free fridge now???

We are planning a week stay in late July/early August at POP and have read some posts about the free fridge in the rooms now. Is this at all resorts or only certain ones?? Being the time of year that we are going it would be great to have a fridge stocked with water so we can have cold drinks whenever we need them If POP does have the fridges how do you get one?? The last time we went to DW in 2003 there were still charges for the fridges. Thanks in advance.

Unless it changed recently, only Moderates and Deluxes have free refrigerators. You still have to pay the $10 a day fee at the value resorts.
