Do all parks have park-to-park buses?

With the news today that Disney is going to end the Express Transportation option, I may have to rethink my itinerary for my October trip, which is currently very heavy on the park-hopping to make the most of the Food & Wine Fest.

Before I start over with my itinerary, I wanted to find out if all four theme parks have park-to-park buses now? I remember in the past being able to go to other parks from Animal Kingdom, but that wasn't the case with every park at that time.

Without knowing for sure how efficient Minnie Vans will actually be yet, I need to weigh all my transportation options. Thanks for any help!

For as long as I can remember, they've had them. As noted above, MK and Epcot use the monorail instead.

Thanks everyone! Good to know as I decide if I need to rethink my hopping-heavy itinerary before my FP booking window opens in two weeks.

Ok, this is so enlightening! I've been going there regularly for 30 years and never bused between parks. How did I not know this?!

I mean normally we hop between Epcot/MK (monorail) and DHS and Epcot (boat or walk.) Animal Kingdom we usually pair with the pool or Disney Springs so I've never needed to bus to a park from there. I can't stop laughing that I didn't know you could.

It seems whenever one of these threads about park to park buses gets created there's always someone who didn't know they existed so don't feel bad.

Disney sells park hopper tickets, so they offer ways for their thousands of guests to do that park hopping.

This is incorrect. Originally if needed to move between parks/hotels, you had to go through the Transportation and Ticket Center (thus its name). There was no bus stop right at the entrance of the Magic Kingdom. It actually was a tram station when WDW first opened. You would take a tram from the parking lot to the TTC to buy tickets. You then had a choice of taking the express monorail, the ferry, or a tram to the entrance of the MK.

If you were a day guest for the MK, you could buy a $2 day pass to use the monorails/buses to get to various hotels/Lake Buena Vista (nee, Downtown Disney, nee Disney Springs). If my memory serves correctly this lasted until after EPCOT Center opened.

There has always been park-to-park transportation

It's not just you, I didn't know either!

They improved it. I remember being dropped off at the T&TC a number of years ago. I prefer being dropped off at the park.

While it is true that for many years buses did not have the loading stations directly adjacent to the MK entrance, to say that there was no park-to-park transportation is splitting hairs.
The TTC is located at the MAGIC KINGDOM parking lot. If I'm next to the parking lot for the theme park I'm taking a bus from, as far as I'm concerned, that's park to park transportation.

Also, I'm curious about this tram that once ran from the TTC to the MK entrance. Never heard of it. Have never seen pictures. How did it get past the waterway next to the Contemporary or the waterway between the GF and the MK entrance.

What is the current state of bus transportation at the TTC? Can I take a bus to the TTC to the various theme parks?

We're staying at the CR and I'm wondering if busses at the TTC would be a good backup if there is a long line for the busses at that CR?

There are not buses at the TTC. You can get on the monorail there and some offsite buses drop off there. That's about it.

If hopping to/from Food & Wine, you will most likely be in World Showcase. It is often easier to use the international gateway entrance and use a Beach Club or Boardwalk bus.

No
The Transportation Hubs are now either at the MK or DS. There are no buses from the TTC to the theme parks.

Thanks for all of your replies.

Just to help me understand, did there used to be busses to the theme parks to/from TTC? Or am I remembering incorrectly?
