Do all parks have FP+ ride tiers

do all parks have tiers and where can I find a list of which rides are in which tier level

No only Epcot and Hollywood Studios have tiers. Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom have no tiers you can pick 3 of any of the attractions.
