Do all Disney hotels let you ship stuff home?

We are staying at the All Sar Movies will they have a service there to ship things home and do they have boxes or do we have to supply them?

When we just stayed at Beach Club Villas in August, they stated they no longer ship at the front desk. We had to go to the convention center at the Yacht and Beach Club and they shipped it home, with the box included. They said all of the convention hotels will do shipping ( they mentioned Contemporary, Boardwalk, YC/BC, Coranodo Springs, not sure of others..)but didn't mention anything about the hotels doing it directly anymore. I know in the past we have shipped things right from each resort.

2) Usually, just go to the Concierge Desk in the lobby.
3) Convention hotels might want to direct you to the new luggage guys.
4) There is a new agreement with a sub-contractor.
5) But, when pressed, the Concierge Desk will handle it.

Sounds good but Pop wanted nothing to do with it when I asked. They said I would have to schedule the pick up from UPS,and pay the charge for a pick up. They really weren't very helpful at all.
